Place a tape measure close up under the arms & measure the fullest part of the chest.
Wear a belt just under your ribs. Take a measurement from the front, up over the shoulder & down to the point level on the back.
Measure from the vertebrae one below the prominent C7 vertebrae (at the base of the neck) down to where the body protector is required to finish.
